Market Data Offers

If you wish to sign the contract for accessing SEEPEX data, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the data package you are interested in and send an email to info@seepex-spot.rs, indicating the name of the data package you are interested in.
  2. SEEPEX will customize the contract with the data package’s name and corresponding price, and then send it to you in PDF format via email.
  3. Review the contract documents, including GENERAL CONDITIONS and SPECIFIC CONDITIONS provided by SEEPEX. Please note that these documents are standard for all users and are not subject to changes.
  4. Complete your company’s information in the contract documents, sign them, and send the signed copies to info@seepex-spot.rs. Make sure to specify your public outbound IP address for data access, as well as your VAT number and address for issuing the invoice.
  5. SEEPEX will counter-sign the contract and return it to you via email. Physical copies will be sent via post if needed.
  6. Your IP address will be whitelisted, granting you access to the SEEPEX data.
  7. Once your IP addresses are whitelisted, we will send you the invoice for the service.

IP address modification: 300 EUR

(Starting from January 1, 2024, every IP address change request that occurs after the initial IP address registration will incur a charge of 300 EUR for both members and non-members. This fee is necessary to cover the costs we incur with our service provider. It’s important to note that one change request can include the addition or modification of multiple IP addresses.)
